Two different ways to save

These two Lloyds International accounts illustrate different access and balance requirements. This is a selected product guide, not a ranking of the island’s savings rates. Check the provider’s current AER and full terms.

Selected option

Premium Saver

Opening minimum
£250,000 of money that has not been held in a Lloyds International account for more than 30 days.
Who it is for
Existing Lloyds International current-account holders aged 18+, resident in the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Access and interest
Instant access. Four or more withdrawals reduce the interest rate from the fourth-withdrawal month to the end of the account year.

After 12 months it moves to Island Standard Saver unless you give other instructions.

Check provider details

Deposit protection depends on where your account is held. Check the applicable scheme and its limits with the provider before depositing.

The prefilled rate is an illustration, not a provider offer. Change it to explore your own scenario.

Uses a constant AER converted to a monthly rate, with deposits at the end of each month. Excludes tax, fees, withdrawals and inflation. Estimates are not an eligibility decision or a guarantee.

Compare accounts on the same basis

Use AER to compare annual interest, and check whether it is fixed or variable. Look at minimum balances, withdrawal conditions, bonus periods and tax treatment as well as the headline rate.
